We work with the tide. We are normally on site 3 hours before to 3 hours after the high tide that we follow. Please see News tab for high tide times. We update this daily. If you book, please make sure to check the tide tables first. We are not able to launch boards and kayaks at low tide
Paddle boarding and kayaking is like learning to ride a bike. As you're on the river there will be no waves to interfere with the learning experience and you can therefore concentrate on the balancing. It is not as hard as you think and we can give you some starting points if you are a beginner. You'll love it.
We have single and double seater inflatable kayaks for hire. We get really good feed back on these due to the light weight compared to rigid kayaks. Ideal for rivers.
We currently hold 10 foot and 11 foot paddle boards for adults. 34 inches wide. Ideal for beginners and intermediates. We also have 7 foot boards for children. These can also be used as body boards if wanted.
This project is currently on hold. We are investigating the possibilities of getting this to work with the tides.
